Because I was procrastinating today...I found this app. One of my many photography apps that i have on my trusty Iphone. And this is me everyone.

University

One of the many aspects that I love about Uni, I'm talking about my perspective of Uni which is UQ at St Lucia, is variety. Variety of people, appearances, languages, cultures and studies. Walking around campus and pushing through the crowds I can't help but wonder what that girl is studying that just elbowed me, or the guy who is wearing a top hat and using a cane is getting a degree in. I was on my way home monday night on the 109, and this guy sat next to me - he was quite a trendy hipster ( wrist tattoo and all ) and he was reading about cardiac arrest in a text book. Ah-ha he is studying medicine! His appearance gave me a completely different impression - don't judge a book by it's cover Justine. And here I am sitting next to him, small, young teenager fresh out of highschool, with 'Building Construction Illustrated' text book on my lap. Bet he didn't see that one coming! And I think..when you see me walking around campus..what first impression degree am I?

Define: karma

Now i don't mean to be a horrible person by what sparked my confirmation of some of my belief's today, but too me a whole 'lotta Karma smacked someone in the face today. And I was quite happy about it. I heard of a situation, that, for the person/other people involved -would be quite horrible, that happened early yesterday. This was quite a serious event that happened but definitely sparked me as karma smacking a bitch in the face, excuse my french.

I have always believed in Karma, I get that from my mother constantly mentioning it as a form of punishment for bad deed's. Do bad things and bad things will happen too you - do good things and you will be rewarded (unfortunately we don't get as frequently rewarded for our good deed's in comparison to punishment for the bad) This is one thing I know I believe in - this is one of very few things I can confirm. And it does seem that today, more and more of my friends seem to join me in my belief in comparison to when I was much younger and it was all considered 'nonsense'. So I think this is a re-enforcing lesson to try to be a do-gooder, be optimistic and to try our best in treating everyone as an equal being - treat those how you yourself wish to be treated. Because Karma knows everything and she'll find you. But don't worry she's just trying to balance out our crazy universe. Something good always comes from something bad.

Now i hope Karma doesn't hit me back for thinking that my secret person deserved exactly what she got!

Well hello wonderful yet not so new world of blogging. I have tried this before, but seemed to have forgotten about it much to quickly. Being inspired by my amazingly creative friend, Ryan Fraser, i have decided to get back into it ( also the tiny fact that I have locked myself out of my own tumblr..) so here we go.
